About me
Nikolai is a neuroscience researcher and has been working in different healing and personal growth modalities with people individually and in groups for 10 years. He has experience working with issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic somatic pain, relationships, work, grief, loss, and shame.

Nikolai has completed extensive trainings in mindfulness, meditation, somatic approaches, authentic and compassionate communication, relational and intersubjective practices, and process groups. His approach is grounded in the Internal Family Systems model, which welcomes the person as a whole, and helps people to strengthen their Self-leadership and explore conflicting parts of their personalities with compassion and curiosity.
His approach integrates a spiritual dimension, informed by more than 10 years of meditation and retreats in different Buddhist and spiritual traditions.
